Choose a Frame Direction. Make It Your Own.
Compare frame materials and construction around your design, price positioning and intended customer.
- Acetate sunglasses: rich patterns, dimensional profiles and hand-finished surfaces.
- Metal sunglasses: classic aviator shapes, slim profiles and refined finishes.
- Titanium sunglasses: lightweight constructions for premium collections.
- Mixed-material frames: combine materials for a distinctive look and feel.
The Right Starting Point for Your Project
Start with your own design or an existing design direction. The development route depends on how much you want to customize.
OEM: Manufacture Your Design
Bring drawings, CAD files, a physical sample or a detailed concept. We review materials, frame construction, dimensions and finishing before developing a sample for approval.
ODM: Develop an Existing Direction
Use an existing frame direction as a starting point. Review feasible changes to colors, lenses, branding and packaging, with structural changes evaluated separately.
Customization from Frame to Packaging
| Project element | Options to discuss | What to provide |
|---|---|---|
| Frames | Shape, material, colors, bridge, temples, hinges and finish | Reference frame, drawing, dimensions and fit requirements |
| Lenses | Solid or gradient tints, polarized options and mirror effects | Intended use, tint, optical and UV performance requirements |
| Branding | Temple marking, logo placement and selected lens applications | Vector logo, artwork dimensions and placement references |
| Packaging | Cases, pouches, cleaning cloths, boxes and printed inserts | Artwork, packaging style and retail presentation requirements |
| Order planning | Quantity by model and color, sample stages and repeat orders | Target quantity, destination market and launch schedule |
Final options, minimum quantities, tooling costs and production schedules are confirmed after the project review. Lens performance claims should be supported by the agreed specifications and applicable test results.
